a bit about Sarah:
Sarah Steinke is a Certified Pilates Instructor and the owner of Little House Pilates She is also a mother to 3 little ones.
Sarah has been passionate about movement since she began dancing in middle school. She was lucky enough to experience the benefits of Pilates early on, as one of her ballet teachers incorporated Pilates principles and repertoire into dance training. She continued on to study dance and elementary education at The University of Arizona. She found Pilates again after college and was quickly reminded of how healthy, strong, and connected it made her feel. She became a consistent, committed Pilates student and never looked back. Pilates kept her strong through three pregnancies and helped her to heal postpartum. She says pilates is incredibly important for both her physical and mental health.
And if Sarah looks familiar to you... she was also a beloved teacher at our studio during our Dailey Method years!
