POWER HOUR

Get ready to bring your A-game, babe!  Fusion is now Power Hour! This 60-minute barre class is a sassy combo of 1024 Barre and Cardio Crush, giving you a double dose of killer workouts. You'll experience the best of both worlds - toning, strengthening, and lengthening your core with traditional barre moves, while also getting your heart rate elevated and joints mobile with some high-energy interval exercises.

Power Hour is the ultimate alignment-focused workout that'll leave no muscle untouched. With a full-body strength and cardio challenge, this class will take your practice to the next level and have you feeling sassier and stronger than ever. So, grab your weights and let's get ready to sweat, stretch, and slay.

POWER 45

Get ready to unleash your superstar energy in Power 45, the condensed version of Power Hour that's still packed with sizzling intensity! This 45-minute barre extravaganza will have you feeling like the fabulous diva you are. We've taken the best of 1024 Barre and Cardio Crush, trimmed it down, but rest assured, the heat is still on fire!

CARDIO CRUSH

Get ready to blast your fitness goals into overdrive because our interval class has undergone a thrilling transformation! Say hello to 'Cardio Crush,' the same high-energy, sweaty workout you know and love, now with an even bolder and more inspiring name. Led by our experienced instructors and accompanied by a curated playlist of upbeat tunes, this class will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and push you to your limits. So grab your towel and let's make every beat count, as we crush it together in our 45-minute class!

BARRE & STRETCH

Barre & Stretch is appropriate for all levels. It’s a 60 minute barre class with a little extra stretch. This class will strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body. The cuing and pacing are relatively quick yet options and modifications are given regularly to help you be successful in your practice.
You will be encouraged to work at your own level and to make your alignment and positioning the priority for each exercise. Movement is layered on after form is perfected. This is the ideal class to work on perfecting your practice while continuing to be challenged, resulting in a mind and body transformation!
