Sweat and reset through this full-body workout of the body and mind. We’ll use higher-intensity strength training, cardio, and/or plyometric exercises to get your heart and blood pumping and improve endurance. Plus, mindful movement with bodyweight, free weights, or resistance bands to sculpt and strengthen arms, abs, back, glutes, and legs. We’ll close this special class with a yummy wind-down and recovery, so that you leave feeling balanced and nourished. It’s designed to be a culmination of the best of many modalities, including barre, Pilates, and yoga.
